Description - The Successful Respondent will provide A/V equipment and services for all three (3) of the 2025 Texas Rising Star Early Educator Conferences and future conferences in 2026, 2027, and 2028. This includes providing A/V needs for all session rooms and t he necessary AV staff to support A/V needs for ballroom with a capacity for up to 1000 attendees for the duration of the conference. This includes web streaming to Zoom (one way out only) within three (3) of the session rooms. TWC staff will use their own laptops for streaming through a TWC Zoom account. Respondents are required to provide technician(s) specializing in audio and/or video for each conference and adjust accordingly based on venue,
