Description

Divisional Forest Officer, Leh Forest Division on behalf of the Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh invites Expression of interest (Eol) from interested parties for documentation of film around various forest ranges of Leh Forest Division.
The following conditions should be followed: -
1 The proposed film shall be required to accurately depict the operations and functioning of the department.
2. The film shall have the capacity to effectively demonstrate the consequential influence on all regions within the Leh district.
3. The film crew shall possess and utilize their own essential filming equipment, which includes, but is not limited to, drones, video cameras, audio recording equipment, and lighting apparatus.
4. The film crew must be prepared to undertake assignments in high-altitude areas of Ladakh, particularly during the winter season.
5. The film crew shall be amenable to collaborative efforts with the designated nodal officer of the department.
6. The film crew is under an obligation to maintain the strict confidentiality of all information provided by the department, both during and subsequent to the contracted period.
7. The film crew shall adhere to all applicable rules and regulations throughout the duration of the contract.
