BRBNMPL also reserves the right to accept the tender in whole or part. Incomplete documents not submitted in accordance with the directions issued shall be liable forrejection. 11 Bidder shall note that the tender document is kept same for all schedules, if more than one schedule is specified, for administrative convenience.
