Description

Buyer: Advanced Cancer Institute Subject: Quotation for Operation of Canteen at University College of Nursing, Faridkot. Sealed quotations are invited for Operation of Canteen at University College of Nursing, Faridkot to provide the items (list attached) on the rates approved by the competent authority. Amount will be collected by the canteen contractor. The amount of annual License Fees should be quoted by the bidders. Terms and conditions:- 1. The licensee cannot hike the rates without prior approval of the Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Faridkot. 2. The rate list of all the articles kept for sale shall be displayed in gold Manner at the counter by the licensee at his own cost. 3. The Ucensee shall pay the 1009$ license fees alongwith 18% GST as applicable for one year In advance to the University against proper printed receipt prior to starting the canteen. 4. The licensee shall pay the electricity charges on actual consumption basis/ as per meter reading. The UWD will maintain a record for the actual consumption of the electricity and the payment made by the licensee. In case of non working of electric meter, an amount on average basis, decided by the UWD section of the University will be charged by the University. 5. The licensee shall pay water charges @ Rs. 750/- P.M. in advance for the one year to the University against proper printed receipt prior to starting the canteen. 6. The contract period will be for one year. 7. Prior to applying for the quotation, the licensee and their family members have nothing due towards the University for any type of work. In case of outstanding towards the University the quotation will not be considered and rejected. 8. The licensee should fulfill all the applicable and mandatory Govt, regulations i.e. Food Safety License Number etc. The copy of the same shall be submitted with the quotation. 9. The licensee shall use raw ration material of good quality, standard make FSSAI Marked* and of reputed brands. 10. The contractor will have his own crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The contractor will have to arrange the LPG fuel at his own cost. 11. The licensee shall arrange the fire safety Gadgets to ensure the safety from fire etc. 12. The licensee is required to commence the work within 10 days of the issue of allotment letter. 13. The licensee shall employ the adequate number of experienced persons at his own cost. In case of any complaint against any of the employee, the licensee shall immediately replace the particular person. 14. The hygiene and sanitation of the premises shall be the responsibility of the licensee. The University authorities have liberty to carry out any surprise check of the quality of items prepared in the canteen at any time. 15. The licensee is not allowed to sublet the canteen, under any circumstances. 16. On completion/ termination of the contract, it shall be the duty of the contractor to remove al) the persons deployed by him and ensure that no person causes disruption/ hindrance/ problem of any nature. At the time of maturity of the contract, the bidder has to obtain NOC from the University. Quotation? must be submitted through ppst/trackable courier. By hand quotation; will not be entertained. Quotation must be in a sealed cover and addressed to the Registrar, Baba Farid University of Health Sciences, Sadiq Road, Faridkot (Punjab). The quotation must be super-scripted words 'QUOTATION FOR OPERATION OF CANTEEN AT UNIVERSITY COLLEGE OF NURSING, FARIDKOT”. The last date for receipt of quotation in the university office is 15.02.2023 by 5.00 PM Prof. In-charge (UPFD)
