Subject: Quotation Notice To whom so ever it may concern
Dear Sir,
We are interested in purchasing Exide Tubular Battery with installation also interested in buy back of old batteries as per details mentioned below. I therefore request you to send your sealed quotation, clearly indicating about taxes, terms conditions and send to undersigned on or before 15th February, 2023 till 5.00 pm.
Details of New Battery Quantity
Exide Tubular Battery Type: 6 EL 100 Plus, Rating: 12 V/100 AH Interlink, Nut Bolts & washer etc. with installation & 5 years warranty. 30 Nos.
Details of Old Battery Quantity
Buy Back of old Exide Tubular Battery Type : 6 EL 160, Rating : 12 V/160 AH 30 Nos.
Terms and conditions
1. Mention our enquiry number & quotation for Exide Batteries on the envelope.
2. Date of validity of quotation should be minimum of 90 days from the last date of submission of the quotation.
3. SPPU vendor registration number should be mentioned on your quotation, as without vendor registration number, orders will not be processed.
4. Quotation must be sent along with covering letter on your letterhead quoting your tax registration Nos. (GST) etc.
5. Conditional quotation will not be accepted.
6. Quotation will be rejected in case of even a single correction or overwriting. Only clear and uncorrected quotation will be accepted.
7. Payment will be made as per the Savitribai Phule Pune University payment rules only after delivery & satisfactory installation of the batteries.
8. Tax will be deducted as per prevailing rules also the GST TDS is @ 2% & TCS 1 %. The supplier shall pay & bear all other liabilities, taxes & duties not specifically agreed by the purchaser in the offer. University will generate invoice for buy back of old batteries.
9. Delivery period should be between 1-2 weeks.
10. Rates quoted should be inclusive of all taxes (with tax details) and warranty.
11. Please mentioned your buy back offer in the quotation separately.
12. Submit catalogue of the material with quotation if necessary.
