1. Sealed tenders are invited from eligible and qualified tenderers in the enclosed formats under
two-bid system (Techno- commercial bid and Price bid) for supply of following goods & services:

Note: Bidders can quote for any of the Schedule or combination of the Schedules provided they meet the
required eligibility criteria. EMD has to be submitted for the quoted Schedule/s accordingly, i.e., if
quoting for more than one Schedule, EMD has to be clubbed accordingly.
[e.g.: if bidding for Schedule I then an EMD of Rs. 12, 000/- has to be submitted;
if bidding for Schedule II then an EMD of Rs. 3,000/- has to be submitted
if bidding for Schedule III then an EMD of Rs. 6,000/- has to be submitted
if bidding for Schedule IV then an EMD of Rs. 3,000/- has to be submitted
if bidding for All Schedules I, II,III & IV then an EMD of (Rs.12,000/- + Rs.3,000/- + Rs.6,000/- + Rs.3,000/- =)
Rs.24,000/- has to be submitted;.
Purchase Orders will be issued to the parties who will be individual Schedule wise lowest (L1) quoted
bidder.

any other scheduled Commercial Bank in India, it should be payable at Midnapore.
