All the components of taxes, if applicable, should be shown explicitly and separately. 2.6 The validity of theQuotation The validity of the quotation should be for at least 90 days from the closing date of the Bid. 2.7LateBids The offers will not be considered if received after the bid closing date and time. 2.8 Invalidquotes The offers received through telex / tele-fax / e-mail will not be accepted by the Council under any circumstances. 2.9 In case of Postal loss/delay The Institute shall not be responsible for any delay / loss or non-receipt of tenders by post / courier service. 2.10 No unsolicitedcorrespondence No unsolicited correspondence shall be entertained after the submission of the offer. 2.11 PurchaseAgreement If an order is placed with the firm, the purchase shall be governed by an agreement as per the Council’s rules in force at thetime. 4 2.12 Additions in terms andconditions Additional terms and conditions will be incorporated in t |
