Description - Description: The county administrative boards in southern Sweden have a collaboration in forest fire surveillance by air. It has been decided that forest fire surveillance by air should be organized and coordinated in southern Sweden to detect as ear ly as possible and position -determined forest fires and thus contribute to more efficient rescue efforts and lower property losses. Monitoring is carried out according to assessed needs along air loops. Security flights take place at the request of the County Administrative Board or the operational responsible for appointed rescue services for the respective air trail to which the County Administrative Board delegated the assessment.local title:
