Description - Description: This is a non-personal services contract to provide an x-ray machine and maintenance. The contractor shall provide an x-ray machine and all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and ot her items and non-personal services necessary to perform the services defined in this PWS except for those items specified as Government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. The USDB is the only maximum security facility within the Department of Defense.
