Description - Description: The Contracting Authority intends to seek tenders for the construction of the Foynes to Limerick Road (including Adare Bypass) (the Project). It is envisaged that the Project will be procured under multiple contracts. The proposed Projec t is 35km in length and will provide a motorway upgrade from Attyflin to Rathkeale in addition to connecting the port of Foynes to the motorway network.
