Description - Description: The apartment building Fr.R.R.Kreutzwaldi 2, located in the Võru Old Town Heritage Area, will be reconstructed into the B-energy class building so that all the specific heritage conservation conditions are completed and the building wil l see as original as possible after the reconstruction work. The project will reconstruct the entire building and ensure the needs of the utility systems. The exterior railings of the apartment building will be reconstructed, the district heating will be connected, the utility systems (including the heating unit and the apartment-based ventilation system) will be reconstructed or renewed, the renewable energy production plant (solar power plant)
