Description - Description: The client intends to enter into a framework agreement for energy labelling, energy assessment, planning and energy consultancy. The supplier must staff the assignment with a permanent adviser during the contract period. Assignments must be remunerated according to elapsed time and according to agreed rates, unless otherwise agreed. When the framework agreement is invoked, the Supplier is obliged to deliver consultancy services in accordance with the contract. Expected commencement of the framework agreement is February 2025.
