Description - Description: The municipalities of Delft and Pijnacker-Nootdorp jointly resolve a framework agreement for (water) soil investigation- including (half) pavements and the supervision of santernal measures. The soil employees of the municipality are the link between consultancy and project teams and advise on everything that has to do with soil within the municipalities. Consultants are called in to conduct soil investigations. The services to be spent are split into two plots.
