Description - Description: The city of Genk wishes to conclude a framework agreement for supporting study assignments for buildings/installations at various locations. This for the following three plots: architecture & building physics, stability and special techn iques. A tenderer is free to register for one of these parts or for several. It is a non-exclusive framework contract. Consequently, the contracting authority is free to order certain assignments from another party without having to pay compensation. This framework agreement is awarded for a period of four years where the contracting authority can extend it twice by two years. This agreement can be canceled annually by the contracting authority,
