Description - Description: The purpose of the procurement is to enter into an operating agreement to cover Boligbygg's needs for janitorial services in a selection of Boligbygg's properties. • The service provider shall supervise and carry out janitorial and ope rational tasks on the properties inside and outside the buildings and on the technical infrastructure. • The service provider shall rectify deficiencies on the properties, prioritise HSE-related tasks and implement immediate measures that prevent unwanted consequential damage • The service provider shall handle waste in common areas and outdoor areas • The service provider shall carry out minor work that does not require tradesman training
