Description - Description: The Client wishes to conclude a Framework Agreement with a maximum of three (3) parties per lot for the execution of terrestrial and bathymetric services, both services will be awarded in a separate lot. The Framework Agreement is conclu ded for a term of two (2) years, with an option for the Client to extend twice (2x) one (1) year. The Client intends to have the Framework Agreement commence on 1 January 2025, unless the tender procedure has not yet been completed. In that case, the start date will be postponed until after the moment of final award. This means that the Framework Agreement will expire by operation of law on 1 January 2027, unless the option years are exercised. I
