Description - Description: HHR is looking for Engineering Firms for the engineering and consultancy services described in paragraph 2.5. The purpose of this tender is to contract a minimum of three (3) and a maximum of five (5) parties per lot by means of a Framew ork Agreement. This assignment is divided into two (2) lots. The difference between these two lots in broad terms is that Lot A relates to Purification works and in Lot B the activities relate to Water management and hydraulic engineering works.
