Description - Description: UZ Leuven wishes to appoint a temporary service provider for the outsourcing of certain catering services, more specifically the preparation of fresh hot meals and soup as further defined.UZ Leuven prepares more than 3000 fresh hot meals and 1300 litres of fresh soup every day during weekdays. During weekends, approximately 750 hot meals and 450 litres of soup are prepared per day. And this for both patients and staff members.Due to renovation works in the central kitchen at Gasthuisberg, part of the hot kitchen will be outsourced. The estimated duration of these renovation works is 1 year. During this period, the following dishes will be temporarily outsourced (non-exhaustive):
