By means of the current assignment, the Contracting Authority wishes to conclude a framework agreement in accordance with article 43 paragraph 4 of the Public Procurement Act of 17 June 2016 with reference “P8228 TE012356.P10 Framew ork agreement for fire-resistant sealing of fire-resistant penetrations” with one (1) Contractor. 2. The assignment includes the fire-resistant sealing of existing and new penetrations in existing building elements.
