Description - Description: The purpose of this consultation is to designate the holder to handle some of the calls to the "Allo Naolib" number during busy periods and during time slots that are not covered by the SEMITAN call center. The services consist of handli ng, on the Holder's premises, some of the calls made by customers to the Allo Naolib number.
