Description - the purpose of this consultation is to set up a framework agreement for 2 lots of "oqa-css, mr and Infras-Solidité - lot 1" and "OQA-IU - lot 2" which is part of the framework of Guided Public Transport Safety. The need to be satisfied concerns one of the areas relating to the second inspections issued by Approved Qualified Bodies and is addressed to approved bodies. The mission will consist of: - Global assessment approval: Relating to the entire system concerned (title II of the Stpg Decree) - Assessment approval, according to the following five areas: Area 1: Infrastructure Area 2: Command control / Railway signaling Area 3: Energy Area 4: Rolling stock Area 5: Urban integration of trams
