Description - Description: : This contract is a framework service agreement - multi-awardee intellectual service with purchase orders and subsequent contracts without minimum amount and with a maximum amount having as its object the execution of intellectual servi ces associated with the work. The market is made up of 12 lots. Purchase orders are awarded in cascade. The ranking of the holders is determined by the ranking of the offers within the framework of the competition for the award of the framework agreement.
