Description - Description: The Ministry of Trade, Industry and Fisheries (NFD) has a continual need for evaluation of how different elements of the institutional framework affect the development in the seafood sector (with the seafood sector is ed here in the aqua culture industry, the fisheries and land-based seafood industry).
