Description - Description: The consultation procedure adopted is an adapted procedure, carried out in application of articles L.2123-1-1° of ordinance n°2018-1074 of November 26, 2018 and R.2123-1-1° paragraph and R.2123 -5 of decree 2018-1075 of December 3, 20 18 of the Public Order Code. It is launched with a view to awarding a service contract. The purpose of the latter is various printing services, including the supply of paper, shaping, packaging, and delivery.
