Description - This contract has entered into a procedure with negotiation, in application of the provisions of articles R. 2124-4 and R. 2161-21 to R. 2161-3 of the public procurement code. This is a framework agreement single-awardee within the meaning of article s R.2162-1 to R.2162-6 and R.2162-13, R.2162-14 of the public procurement code.
