Description - Description: The purpose of this consultation is to relaunch a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders relating to the performance of cleaning services for municipal buildings for the municipality of THOIRY (78), declared without follow -up for reasons of general interest. This framework agreement is awarded according to a formalized procedure of the open call for tenders type in application of articles L2124-2, R2124-2 and R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the public procurement code.
