Description - Description: Værnes Region Procurement (Client) hereby invites competition for the conclusion of a framework agreement for the delivery of respite services and children's homes to the municipalities of Stjørdal, Selbu, Tydal, Frosta, Meråker and H oltålen. VR child welfare is a joint collaboration with the municipalities of Stjørdal, Selbu, Tydal, Frosta and Meråker. VR child welfare has the right to call for tenders from assigned suppliers, under the same conditions. This is a competition to enter into a framework agreement with suppliers for respite places and children's homes for children and young people (cf. the rights requirements of the Children's Act and the Health and Care Act)
