Description - Description: This consultation, made in a joint order between the city of Orléans (Coordinator), Orléans Métropole and the CCAS of Orléans, will give rise to the establishment of a framework agreement for "structures" project management missions prior to the renovation of existing buildings or following a structural incident, with purchase orders, multi-attribute, renewable, without a minimum and with a maximum amount per period, allocated. The purchase orders will be sent and allocated to the holders (3 maximum) according to the "round-robin" method (Cf. the RC).
