Description - The Caudrésis and Catésis Agglomeration Community has the compulsory skills 'creation, development, maintenance and management of industrial, commercial and tertiary activity zones' and optional 'creation or development and maintenance of roads of community interest'. As such, the contracting authority must ensure the maintenance of the roads on its territory.
