Description - Description: The purpose of this framework agreement is the supply of pianos for the Paris National Opera. This is a multi-awardee framework agreement with subsequent contracts, as governed by Articles R. 2162-2 of the French Public Procurement Code, concluded without a minimum annual amount and with a maximum annual amount set at 200,000 euros excluding tax, for which 3 economic operators will be selected, subject to a sufficient number of candidates. The Specifications and Implementation Procedures for the Framework Agreement (CCME) sets out the general contractual terms between the Paris National Opera and the Holders of the framework agreement, for the conclusion of subsequent contracts
