Description - Description: The internal auditor advises the audit committee on the central audit theme and carries out at least one selected internal audit. The scope of the audit includes both the planning and execution of the audit and the follow-up of the subse quent recommendations. In addition to the annual audit assignment, the White-Yellow Cross can also request ad hoc advice regarding the revision of the risk register or ask additional audit questions. This may involve including existing audit initiatives that are carried out recurrently or new initiatives that arise within the network or in individual WGK entities. The assignment runs for 3 years and can be extended 3 times, each time for 1 year.l
