Description - West Midlands Fire and Rescue Authority (the Authority) has agreed to take the role of ‘lead authority’ to establish a Framework Agreement for Oriented Strand Board, TRU Timber, Sheathing, Wedges and Gussets, and associated services on behalf of the Participating Services and Participating Customers.
