Description - Description: The purpose of this call for tenders is to select the operator(s) who will be entrusted with all or part of the telecommunications services for all Habitats de Haute-Alsace sites.The contract takes the form of a framework agreement with a minimum amount (164,000 euros excluding VAT for the duration of the contract, including renewal periods) and a maximum amount (920,000 euros excluding VAT for the duration of the contract, including renewal periods) in values.
