Description - This contract must lead to a non-exclusive framework agreement with a single supplier for the acquisition of licenses, usage rights and/or maintenance and/or support programs with regard to “multi-vendor” standard software, which can be delivered in a classic way (via download or on carrier) and /or as a service is offered. The contractor provides an optional "multi-vendor" service package, from purchasing and management advice (regarding licensing conditions, pricing models, different versions and terms of use, .) up to and including guidance on implementation.
