Description - Description: A framework contract is being put out to tender for the shareholders of PD -Berater der öffentlichen Hand GmbH (hereinafter "PD"). In this tendering process, PD acts as the central awarding body for the shareholder federal states and wi ll initially award the framework contract in its own name, but the shareholder federal states should then be entitled to make the individual calls from the PD framework contract in their own name and on their own account. The contract will be awarded by PD according to the same rules that would also apply to the shareholder federal states for the corresponding contract award, so that the subsequent change of client does not circumvent procurement
