Description - Description: The provincial government of Flemish Brabant organizes a number of training courses for specific target groups via the Provincial Institute for Education and Training (PIVO), including the police, fire brigade, paramedics and local autho rities. To support the training activities, PIVO has been using an application since 2021, known as WELP (stands for Website, Electronic Learning Environment and Portal).
