Description - Description: Multi-year framework agreement for the replacement (or new installation) of escalators including maintenance. In the maximum 8 years that orders for replacement (or complete new construction) can be placed, this concerns a maximum of 100 escalators that can be placed on order. If the maximum quantity is reached, no new orders for replacement of elevators can be placed and the framework agreement for that part ends by operation of law. Any obligations entered into with regard to maintenance remain in force. The agreement that will be included with the invitation to tender will contain a provision if maintenance proves to be undesirable sooner than 25 years after delivery.notice_t
