Description - Description: The supply of fuels (diesel and gasoline) based on electronic cards for the car park of the Arad Municipality and for the equipment of the sports bases under its administration, in accordance with the requirements of the specification an d its annex. The minimum and maximum quantities related to the framework agreement and the subsequent contract can be found in the Specifications. The estimated value of the framework agreement is between 3,600,000 lei without VAT and 9,900,000 lei without VAT.The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests addressed within the term provided for in section I.3 (20 days) 11 days before the deadline set for the submission of offers
