Description - Description: The framework agreement aims to supply medicines and parapharmaceuticals to the residents of the Ter Meere residential care centre for a period of four (4) years. The framework agreement can be extended tacitly twice for one year.Deliver ies are made on demand and at the request of the individual resident, according to the prescription of the treating physician. It must also be possible to purchase medicines and materials for general use in the residential care centre.The Contracting Authority intends to conclude a framework agreement with a single Contractor.The OCMW reserves the right to purchase medicines and materials for general use elsewhere. There is no purchase obligation
