Description - The purpose of this framework agreement for the supply of rail is to carry out preparatory studies, manufacture and load Vignole and groove rails necessary for the various development and/or renovation projects of the Nantais tram network. The framew ork agreement includes in particular: - Preparatory studies, - The manufacture and supply of GPU type profile grooved rails or Vignole profile rails, - Loading and transport to Nantes and its surrounding area or Quédillac (35). This is a framework agreement single-award supply, with no minimum amount and a maximum amount of 4,000,000 euros excluding tax, over the entire duration of the framework agreement, in accordance with article R. 2162-4 2Â
