Description - Description: On behalf of the Lord Mayor, regular management retreats were held in the state capital Potsdam (LHP) between 2022 and 2024, in which the Mayor and the heads of business and departments took part. The objectives of these retreats were to examine the content of LHP-wide plans and projects and to reach the necessary agreement on a common understanding of leadership and responsibility at the top management level. Specifically, the retreats used the "Spiral Dynamics" model, on the basis of which a leadership culture target image was developed.
