Description - Description: The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (hereafter called the Customer) would like to enter into a framework agreement for the provision of legal services. The framework agreement is divided into two sub-contracts, divided in legal are as/disciplines: • Sub-contract A: IT procurements, IT contract law and privacy (GDPR) • Sub-contract B: Veglova and vegtrafikkloven etc. The framework agreement shall apply to the Norwegian Public Roads Administration as the agency and it can be used by all divisions in the Norwegian Public Roads Administration and by the Directorate of Public Roads.
