Description - Description: The state of Rhineland-Palatinate, represented by the Central Procurement Office of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate in the Rhineland-Palatinate State Office for Mobility, is planning the state-wide procurement of oils, lubricants and s pecial fuels by means of an open procedure in accordance with Sections 15 and 14 of the VgV and Section 119 of the GWB with this procurement procedure.
