Description - Description: The state of Rhineland-Palatinate, represented by the Central Procurement Office of the state of Rhineland-Palatinate in the Rhineland-Palatinate State Office for Mobility, is planning the statewide procurement of oils, lubricants and sp ecial fuels through an open procedure in accordance with Sections 15 and 14 of the VgV and Section 119 of the GWB with this procurement procedure. The aim is to conclude a framework agreement with one economic operator per lot for the delivery of oils, lubricants and special fuels.
