Description - Description: The Contracting Authority wants to purchase the Service of exchange and disposal of sorbent on location of the specific plant unit in Denmark. Due to excessive production of biogas in the distribution grid in Denmark, Energinet Gastransm ission A/S has installed compressor stations with deodorization units to remove the Tetrahydrothiophene (THT) to inject the biogas in the main gas transmission grid. The THT is added to the gas as a tracing tool for safety purposes in relation to domestic household. THT is not allowed in the transmission system.
