Description - Description: The subject of this Framework Agreement consists of providing the following services to the Local Authorities:(a) The preparation of municipal emissions reduction plans (DISE) which, in accordance with article 16 of Law 4936/2022, are re quired to write to describe their strategy for reducing their net emissions and achieve a reduction of at least 10% by 2025 and 30% by 2030, compared to 2019, and in 2019, (SEAK) as defined by article 7 of Law 4342/2015, as amended by Article 6 of Law 4843/2021, according to which municipalities prioritize targeted energy upgrades of their building stock and determine targeted actions for final energy savings, and energy savings,(b) Verification
