Description - Description: The purpose of this consultation is maintenance work and small extensions on the sanitation and drinking water networks in the territory of the Terres Touloises community of communes. The services will be the subject of a multi-awardee f ramework agreement for a fixed period of 4 years, i.e. the years 2025 to 2028. The maximum number of awardees is set at three. The maximum cumulative amount of this framework agreement - over the duration of the contract - is set at 5,530,000.00 euros (excluding VAT). The Contracting Authority - depending on the scale of the work to be carried out - may: - either issue purchase orders (awarded in accordance with the so-called "in rotation" rule)
