Description - Description: The purpose of this contract is the award of a framework agreement, with re-competition between several successful bidders (maximum 3) relating to the supply of new company vehicles through operational leasing (i.e. (i.e. a rental of a v ehicle, with services included, upon payment of a monthly rent).
