Description - Lots 1 and 2 of this framework agreement are intended to provide the following services to all buildings (residential, offices and shops) and car parks in the CPRN's real estate assets: Real estate appraisals with visits to all of the CPRN's assets, through a detailed expert report, in particular in the event of the purchase or sale of real estate and within the framework of the five-year expert report which will take place in 2027; Annual updates of expert reports properties without a visit to all of the CPRN's assets, through a detailed expert report.
