Description - Description: The purpose of this multi-award framework agreement (FA) type contract is to provide the Interdepartmental Road Directorates (DIR) with a public procurement tool to respond more quickly to work relating to the supply, civil engineering, installation and commissioning of variable message signs (VMS), using reverse light decor signals (type "X" signals), through subsequent contracts awarded to companies selected on the basis of the specifications of this framework agreement.
